1. Go to Start
2. In the search bar type "cmd" then hit enter. This will open the command prompt.
3. Type in "ping -a domainname.com"
4. Once the ping has finished, Right click on the window, and select Mark. Highlight the generated ping output and then press Enter
5. Paste it in and email it through.

1. Go to this website: http://supportdetails.com.au/
2. Copy your IP and email it through to support.

Traceroute test:

1. Go to Start
2. In the search bar type "cmd" then hit enter. This will open the command prompt.
3. Type in "tracert domainname.com"
4. Once the trace has finished, Right click on the window, and select Mark. Highlight the generated traceroute and then press Enter
5. Paste it in and email it through to support.
