When signing up to your new hosting product, you will receive an email titled

Jumba :: Hosting Account Welcome Email :: example.com

Within this email you will see the specifics for your control panel login:

Control Panel Information
URL: Username: Password:	http://example.com/cpanel example jdb124rds2q3
If your domain has not yet propagated, please visit http://juXXXlcsXX.syd.the-server.com.au

The alternate address will give you instant access to your cPanel if you have a new domain name or have recently changed the nameserver records.
