This documentation outlines how to reset your
cPanel or
Plesk password on any of our shared hosting products. These include cPanel Small Business, cPanel Extreme and our other Business Plans.
Step 1: Login to your
My Account client section.
Step 2: Proceed to "
My Products & Services" in the Client Area navigation menu.
Step 3: On this page you will see a list outlining all of your products and services. Click on either the

icon or the "View Details" button.
Step 4: Under the heading 'Login Details', you will be able to insert your new password. Once reset, a new login to your
control panel button will appear. Although this button and your password will disappear after 1 hour, your new password will remain the same for future use unless reset again.
