Canceling Hosting and Domain Registrations

All cancellations must be submitted through the Client Area. This will give you access to all your billing account and can be accessed by using your registered email address (where all Jumba correspondence is sent).

Client Area: https://myaccount.jumba.com.au

Once you have logged in, proceed to "My Products & Services" then click the green link located to the right of the service to access the product details. At the bottom of this page is a link titled "Request Cancellation". Please use this and follow the prompts. Once the cancellation has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email in reply.

If you have an invoice outstanding for the hosting package that you wish to cancel, you must reply to the confirmation email and advise us to cancel it for you.

If you have any domains that you no longer wish to continue with, they can be maintained through the "My Domains" section of your Client Area.

Once again, click the green link to the right of the domain and you will enter the Domain Management section. There is a button to turn off the Auto Renewal function, however notifications will still be forwarded to you from the Domain Management system to keep you informed. No invoice will be generated, and the domain will not renew.

If an invoice already exists, turning off the Auto Renew function will not cause the cancellation of the invoice. Please let us know and we will cancel it for you.

Please direct any queries regarding the above processes to accounts@jumba.com.au
