How do I use SSH?

By default, SSH access is disabled for all Jumba hosting accounts. To have SSH access enabled, lodge a support ticket once your account is activated with your domain name, control panel login details and your billing password.

Once enabled, you can connect with the following settings:

Server: your domain
Port: 2222
Username: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password

To use SSH, you will need a SSH client. A common SSH client for Windows is PuTTY, and on Linux machines often have SSH included in the base operating system.

More details on SSH can be viewed at the Jumba Wiki; http://wiki.jumba.com.au/wiki/SSH
