I've already paid my invoice! Why am I still getting emails about it?

If paying an invoice through a manual method (BPAY), it will generally take 1-5 business days for the payment to clear and be applied to your invoice. During this time, automatic notifications will continue to be sent.

If you believe you are receiving the notices in error, please contact our accounts department at accounts@jumba.com.au.
